Prepare Your Package

Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly parts are included to avoid restocking fees.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return box.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
